Goodwin Racing will open its first American factory in Indianapolis next year.
The team is working with American team owner Eddie Goodwin to get its engines up and running at its Indianapolis facility, the team announced on its Twitter account.
The new facility will be built by Goodwin’s engineering team and will be used for racing.
The Indianapolis facility will have a new layout for the 2017 Indy 500, which will be held there in 2020.
The move to Indy is expected to create thousands of jobs and create at least 100 permanent jobs for local businesses.
The new facility is expected be fully operational by 2019.
In addition, the new facility, which is expected create a total of 12,000 permanent jobs, will also have a manufacturing facility and a manufacturing production facility.
The company is also building an electric car development facility.
