The PS2 Racing game series is getting its first major update, which brings improvements to its handling and a redesigned racing steering wheel.
The update is available now and is expected to be rolled out in the next few days, with an estimated release window of October 27.
The new update comes with a few new features including improved AI and improved graphics, as well as improvements to some of the game’s racing tracks.

In addition to the PS2 racers, the series was also featured in games like PlayStation 2: Bomberman, which featured a sequel called PS2 Bomberman Racing and the PS1 Bomberman Championship, which brought the PSN to PlayStation 2.
The PS3 racing game series launched in 2009, and featured a second game, PS3: Racing Game, which was released in 2013.
In 2017, PS4 and Xbox One racers were introduced to the series, but they remain a distant memory compared to the popularity of the PS3 series.
